EQUIP was founded in 1996 by John C, Maxwell.

PURPOSE
EQUIP exists to help Christians develop and advance their leadership character and competence, and empower them to pass on that training to others, producing compounded results for fulfillment of the Great Commission.

SCOPE
EQUIP is currently providing leadership training and resources to millions of Christian leaders in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

MILLION LEADERS MANDATE
Recognizing the worldwide deficit of effective leaders, EQUIP’s global initiative, Million Leaders Mandate, is providing millions of Christian leaders from all walks of life with necessary leadership skills to positively impact their churches, communities, and workplaces.

Since 2003, millions of leaders in over 100 countries have participated in the Million Leaders Mandate.

JESUS HOUSE, CITY OF GOD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH EQUIP
This partnership between EQUIP and Jesus House Aberdeen is for the sole purpose of training leaders worldwide in Biblical servant leadership. It came into effect on the 29th of January 2009.The intention is for Christians to be a standard and this should be replicated in all spheres of life in this world.

We are in a process of equipping leaders to reach our World and finding solutions to the critical issues plaguing societies around the globe.

CURRENT PRESIDENT
The president of EQUIP is John Hull, a founding partner with John C, Maxwell. He is a frequent speaker at pastors’ conferences and global outreach events. Hull has provided leadership coaching to audiences in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Far East, Africa, and the Americas, and serves as host of the nationally-broadcast daily radio feature Leadership Moment.
