 Alongside supporting our local congregation, our Senior Pastor draws on decades of ministry experience to offer dedicated, confidential counsel to fellow pastors, both within the Jesus House family and the wider church community. From navigating the personal pressures of ministry to managing major milestones like purchasing a church building, he provides trusted, peer-to-peer mentorship for those carrying the weight of leadership

Pastor Alero Igiehon

Head of Marriage & Family Counselling (Blissful Mates)

Pastor Alero leads our Blissful Mates initiative, providing free, compassionate, and expert counselling for couples navigating relationship challenges, preparing for marriage, or seeking conflict resolution. Her heart is to see relationships restored and families strengthened in faith and love.

Dr Habiba Yamusa

Head of Health and Wellness Counselling

Dr Habiba Yamusa alongside other practitioners provides a supportive, confidential space for those navigating health and wellness challenges, emotional distress, or mental health concerns. Focusing on the intricate connection between physical and emotional well-being, her goal is to help you find peace and resilience in God.

Deaconess Rita leads our vibrant Prayer Ministry. If you need spiritual strength, prayer counselling, or simply want someone to stand with you in faith, her team is available. They offer a compassionate space for spiritual intercession and comfort.

Mrs Awele Omaruaye

Mrs Awele champions physical health within our faith community. Whether you are seeking to improve your fitness, manage weight challenges, or adopt a healthier lifestyle, she provides practical, faith-inspired guidance to help you honour your body.

JHA offers structured biblical teaching, pastoral care, fellowship, and mentorship within a welcoming community. It actively supports new members in integrating into church life and deepening their faith.

JHA runs a food bank, health awareness events, skills workshops, festive outreach, and volunteers with local charities addressing homelessness, poverty, and education across Aberdeen.

JHA provides dedicated young adults’ fellowships, Bible studies, mentorship, and one-on-one pastoral access. Guidance covers faith, career, relationships, mental health, and leadership development within a Christian framework.
