We may collect special category personal data when you request counselling, prayer, health or wellbeing support. Initial counselling, prayer, health and wellbeing form submissions are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required for safeguarding or legal reasons. Donation and accounting records are retained for six years. Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe, after which we may retain limited information to ensure that you are not contacted again.
When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted.
